I absolutely love what Stacy, Shannon, and the rest of the crew at Kildal Services are doing. When I initially connected with them back in ... 2018 I think ... I was a fairly new business owner (headshot photographer) who thought he had a handle on Quickbooks. I was decent, but it turns out some laziness and being a rookie solo entrepreneur led to some messy books. I used their Cleanup service, which rescued me from a ton of issues, AND I signed up for one of their hour-long trainings (I think it was an hour) where Stacy herself answered my questions and gave me some awesome tips. Now, I'm very adept at navigating Quickbooks AND have managed to keep my books in good working order since the training. It's probably been the biggest confidence booster since opening my own business. I just can't recommend them enough. Experts in their field, funny, and just a joy to be connected with. I feel as though they're an invested partner in my business they've been so helpful for me. Thank you!

I contested them in an emergency situation. They could not even start a conversation for the next 72 hours. First meeting was canceled and then I was suggested by the owner to get some else because he entire staff was in a meeting. This must be a very small entity trying to look big on a website. Owner was short and curt. This should tell you the level of response you could expect when you really need them. They may be capable but I cannot say because we could not get even started when I needed help the most. Keep doing research there are much better services with better reputation and the staff to support you. I am sure that Ms Kodak would not tolerate someone giving her buisiness the level of support she offers her perspective clients. Good job on the website...wish it was true.
