        Brilliant. Our furnace and AC died because they were 24 years old. I compared with 7 other companies (Randazzo, Krane, Andy, Kotz...) and Family Heating (Kevin) was the winner, not only because of the price (the best by far), but also because of the product (high efficiency) management (they manage the rebuttals, 0% financing) and diagnosis (the house is old and of dubious construction). They hit the nail on the head when it came to evaluating the installation. We went with the high efficiency (96% 70,000 btu) and AC, all for less than 9k. They installed everything in 2 days.

        Robert and Ray did an excellent job installing both a furnace and an air conditioner. They were professional, had a wonderful work ethic, personable, and cleaned up after the installation was finished. I would definitely recommend Robert, Ray, and the team at family heating and cooling. Thank you again Robert and Ray!!!

        Our home had a gas leak and our gas service was turned off. The folks in the office were incredibly accomodating and had us scheduled quickly. Tracy and Connor A. arrived on site and had the issue diagnosed and repaired within a couple of hours. They completed a thorough examination of our gas lines to understand the best way to route them for service going forward. We have used them in the past for regular preventative maintenance, and they always do a thorough and complete job. Also, every technician is responsive to questions and explaining each step of their process. Couldn't recommend them more!
