        They are terribly understaffed.

        I bought brake pads from them that wore out prematurely. Brought them in for warranty as they have a lifetime warranty, and the kid working the counter who claimed to be the manager wouldn't replace them. If you buy parts from them and they fail you, be prepared to be upset trying to get your replacement. Better off buying from their competition right next door at O'reilly's.
