Cheryl Sterling Attorney at law

She was a terrible lawyer! My Ex and I agreed on everything without the lawyers. We all went into a room to finalize the settlement. My Ex's Lawyer started verbally going after me, accusing me of things. Cheryl just sat there and let him continue to verbally abuse me until I had to get up and leave. Then, she never even started on getting my settlement money. After 3 weeks of repeatedly calling her and only speaking with her Secretary. I told her to forget it and did the paperwork myself to get the 401K funds transferred over to me. I should have gotten a lot more out of the divorce but she did not give me any advise at all. Also, at the time her secretary was dating my ex's lawyers son. Looking back I feel that was a conflict of interest. When you are going thru a divorce you need someone that is looking out for your best interest, Cheryl was differently not looking out for mine only her pocket book. She was very chummy with my ex's lawyer which I feel was not appropriate. I would NOT recommend using her ever!!

She did my parents divorce from each other. She handled it with the up most respect and professionalism. She made sure the divorce went as smooth as possible, it didn’t get ugly and made sure me and my siblings weren’t drug into it. She is one of the best lawyers my family has dealt with. She also did my power of attorney for my father and it was done in the most timely manner ever. She is extremely professional and knows how to make sure her clients needs are met.
