The dental asisstant who took my 4 year old daughter back was very cold and rude. This was my daughters first dental appt ever and the woman was very rude. No customer service skills as all.

I have received medical care there for more than 20 years. I have found them professional and highly trained. I have been very pleased with care received there.

I had a horrible experience with a doctor at the Big Rapids location, so I was pointed to this offices direction and I’m SO happy I was. I have Dr. Weers and she’s so wonderful. She really hears what you have to say and breaks down everything to make sure you understand anything and everything you have concerns about. She doesn’t just nod along and take notes, she really has a conversation with you. She also really understands the important relationship between mental and physical health, and for that she is a doctor ahead of our time and someone everyone needs. She recommended me to their behavioral health services and I am having a wonderful experience with Michelle there too. Everyone there truly listens! I would highly recommend

they cannot fix teeth properly even with it taking over an hour-2 to fill. i also had a dislocated jaw and was convinced it was a bad tooth and really the tooth was not that bad it was just my jaw dislocated it was not a locked jaw or anything like that. any tooth i have had fixed here has to be refixed multiple times its sad that just because we have medicaid we have to see quacks who are out dated and cant properly do their job resulting in teeth lost and other things... how hard is it to fill a tooth properly for one? this place is horrible unforuthely their is barely any places in all of michigan who accept medcaid its wrong. my sister also has had this issue and a couple friends. they need to get some real damn dentists in their office its pathetic

I stated going to the doctors office because my husband lived it so much but that was before they were bought out and let all their good doctors go. I left because I was told that I needed a “ Med review “ appt and yet I and my insurance were not charged for a Med review we were charged for joint pain. They told me I had to have two complaints when I came in. Today my husband was totally disrespected by Dr. Russ and actually ended up with his appt being Yelling match. The doctors don’t care about their patients just about pleasing their boss and making money. Do not recommend this doctors office. I would’ve have even given it one star but I could not put my comment in with out filling in a star. There is only one person in this office that is great to work with and she is at the front window by the name Kathy.
