        A few reasons I'm rating 2 stars. 1. The phone line doesn't work. 2. The new ownership jacked the prices up. For reference, they charged $100 to give one of our dogs (both cockapoos) a bath, and the pup a grooming. Previously we wouldve been charged $70 to fully groom both. 3. They openly bad mouthed past employees in front of customers. While I don't expect dog grooming facilities to be classy, it doesn't hurt to restrain from talking like that in front of customers. I would say one benefit of using this groomer is they can usually take walk-ins.
