        I’ve dealt with Allstate for the past year and have never had issues. I spoke with Stephanie today over the phone. She was very unhelpful and was just trying to get money out of me and not help get me a better plan for my insurance. She was extremely rude with her customer service and spoke to me like I was a child

        The agents in the office are very knowledgeable about the insurance they offer. They are also very personable professional and as I said knowledgeable. They were able to take my policy which was with another company and look at it and recommend what they could do for me and it did decrease my premium by $130 a month. I would highly highly recommend this agency.
