        What's the point of having customer service on a Saturday when the department that u need to be able to use ur money isn't open. And the agent who answers the call doesn't know how to help you. I don't recommend using this bank

        The Reason Why This Particular Branch Gets A 3 Star Is Because They Are Pulling The ATM Out Of This Location. Its an inconvenience for Customers In This Area Having To Go Further Or Face Getting Charged A Fee At Another ATM. Other Than that it's A Pretty Good Bank Was With Them For 6 Years.

        I've been to this TCF Bank on Merriman Road in Westland two days in a row and the ATM is no longer in service. The windows were blacked out and apparently it is no longer in open. No letter, no notice, the local numbers were disconnected. The 800 number was a 30-minute wait. And they knew nothing about it. I had just received a letter that they were merging with another bank and it would still be named TCF. There is one on Michigan Avenue near Inkster Road, and if that one happens to be open, I am withdrawing my son's and finding another bank.
