    Filed with them for 4 years straight. Never got my money on time or deposited to the accounts I provided. Upon sharing my frustrations the business owner argued with me very unprofessionally as if it were her who never got her money on time. In explaining all the third party banks and things as to why I never got the money on time I was called ignorant , told I should slap myself and take responsibility for my own actions. The preparer failed to mention the loan card I received earlier in the year is what my taxes would load onto This year. I was recently burglarized and all my old wallets and bags were stolen and I was unable to find any of my information to get the card replaced. The preparer wasnt any help in the very very long automated phone adventure to get the card cancelled and replaced. She just sent me an 800 number and kept texting me telling me to just answer the prompts on the number she provided as if I was disabled and unsure how to use an automated phone system.The prompts asked for the card information and I did not have the card at all. I finally got the card situation resolved but here I am on my 4th year of filing and it direct deposited to a card I do not have. And now I have to wait up to a week to get a new one. Its just very frustrating when you rely on someone to do something so simple and it consistently ends in a wild goose chase for something that is already yours. I am generally very understanding and I know that people make mistakes but if you can make the same mistake every year and you cant use polite laymen terms to explain why something has gone wrong you probably shouldnt work with people. Very disappointed after trying to stay hopeful that Ill actually get my return on the day the IRS says it will be sent. If you have deadlines or like to stick to schedules youre better off using a chain tax service or doing your own online.

    Been going to this company for the past 3 years, Joi has always been very informative, helped me to receive my maximum refund and she's always made me feel like someone other than a random customer... very personable experience. Can't imagine myself going anywhere else

    I completely changed my opinion.  The experience was horrible.  After waiting over a month for my return,  I had an encounter with Joi that was "less than pleasant ". Not very professional...Well, after receiving a letter from the IRS, I was basically informed that she is a liar , and, quite frankly, a thief. They asked me if I wanted to pursue fraud charges against her, and they are helping me do so. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend her,  unless you enjoy attitude and problems. I'll learn to do my own taxes. I fear this individual having my personal information,  so I've taken steps to safeguard that as well. Be careful who you hire or trust.

    Not too happy....long story. Sure won't be back. Was overcharged, mislead, lied to, and Joi's aggressive. She acts like she's doing you a favor. She sure makes sure she gets paid first, and gives the impression she just doesn't care after she has her money. I tried to support her. I used her 2 years in a row, but I just got off the phone with the IRS, and even their rep questioned why the money was first going into her account. Cost me time, money and headaches. Wont go back. I suggest you find a more professional preparer.
