Tried to call this place three times. no answer

I wish the rating was lower this guy was the most unprofessional plumber I have ever seen ,Showed up to the house After telling him we live in a manufactured home and work 3rd shift so we stayed up to wait for him , Came in looked at it said he had to go back out to his truck to find the right size and instead of coming back to the door,, text me that the price would be $70 more For a smaller unit,, I said well I know lowes has them in stock for right size.. His reply was, then go get it and proceeded to drive off... I wouldn't recommend this guy to my worst enemy, very unprofessional...

HIghly recommend. Easy/good phone/text return. Switched out a toilet, recommended certain features on a new toilet.. Will absolutely use again!

We have used Defrell on two different jobs- once for a toilet leak and just recently for replacing a water heater.  Very timely and very affordable.  We will use him in the future if the need arises and would recommend him to anyone.
