AAVA did my wedding photography and I couldn't have been happier. It was raining the day of my wedding and our photographer brought umbrellas for the entire wedding party; which was encorporated into our pictures. Our photographer went along with our crazy ideas and added some of his own. I'm so glad I have such beautiful and fun pictures to remember one of the most important days of my life.

They are horrible please do not go with them. When I got my pictures back I was very disappointed and upset. They were not good. The photographer never paid attention to the details. Every time I look through my pictures I get really upset. I tried to drop my pictures off to make my book and they were not there. I hope that if you are thinking of using Aava that you don't. I don't want your wedding to be ruined.

I was hesitant to write a review but after such a terrible experience with this company I felt I should try and save future customers from making the same mistake I did. If you are looking for family photos or something along those lines it may be safe to book here but if you are looking for your wedding I suggest you keep looking because you can't retake wedding photos. I booked my wedding photos through Aava studio and cannot express the disappointment. Lets just say the photographer forgot to take some of the MAIN wedding photos like pictures of just the bride or pictures of bridesmaids/parents. Don't worry the photographer had time to hit on a bridesmaid and then tell a guy attending the wedding a story about his "girlfriend" an hour later. I ordered an extra photo after the overpriced package I paid for considering the quality of the photos they thought it was acceptable to send me an 11x14 photo of the wedding party with one groomsmen cut out. I promise I do not write reviews to spite people for providing terrible service, I write reviews to save people from making the same mistakes I did. Your wedding day is so important, you should not book without doing good research. Book somewhere from word of mouth and avoid places you do not know anything about.

I am giving this company a 2 only because I liked my actually photographer and I thought he did very well with our pictures otherwise the rest of the company is a 1. I was married in late 2012, but I am just now writing the review because I just received my wedding book (I wanted to be DONE with company before writing). Part of this was my fault for not completing it sooner, but then they LOST my disk with all my pictures that I had chosen for our book. From the very beginning the owner/person I worked with seemed pushy and not willing to take my thoughts into consideration. I'd mention a couple of photos that I wanted to take on our day and she would say 'well that's not really possible and it would be hard' - these were not hard photos, but very cute. Some of them included props which I would need to bring - I'm glad I didn't listen to her and made my photographer take the ones that I wanted. After having our engagement photos done they wanted us to pay for the CD, but when we purchased our package they said that this was included. This wasn't the worst thing, but it just adds to the list. When I picked my book up it was completely different than what they showed me our book would look like - it should have been a glass looking cover and it was just our picture printed on the cover (hard to explain, but its like a soft hardcover). It doesn't look anything like they showed me which is really disappointing because it should have been really nice. I DO NOT recommend going with AAVA Photography for anything. They kept telling me that if I wrote a 5 star review that they would give me free prints from my wedding - NOT WORTH IT. I'm not going to lie about my experience with a company to receive free stuff - I want to warn everyone to find someone else! If anyone ever asks me about a photographer I always tell them not to use AAVA Photography.
