Will do the worst filling you've ever had, will not bill your insurance properly, will say dentist is in your insurance network when they are actually out of network then charge you full price.

The hygienist was accommodating, thorough, and gentle. I took a star off for the front desk person - didnt seem interested and wasnt helpful when I indicated that I needed to update my medical information.

Had an appointment scheduled for
six months. The week prior I received a text to confirm the appointment but at a different time. Called the office with my concern and my appointment was moved to accommodate another patient without my knowledge. Office didn't do much to remedy my issue. Find a better dental office.

Was 5 stars but only because of the people and they have all left due to new ownership. I've been there a few times since, each time all new people. Seems like a toxic situation. Dr Rita was great and she's still practicing. She wouldn't say where she went but i diligently kept looking for her until finding her. You could do the same if you were inclined.
I would have just deleted my 5 star review and not edited but I've had a few issues. I feel my last procedure was handled incorrectly, in haste. Was very costly and the costs were not very clear. I spoke with in billing that somewhat remedied the extra cost but the quality of work is questionable. I gave an extra star for that woman.
2 weeks later my X-rays still haven't been sent to my new dental office. So i guess... here's my new review. Hope you guys figure everything out. Was an outstanding practice once upon a time.
