        You read the other reviews where Rork scalps customers. They wanted 3k to replace a kitchen trap! 3k! Got it done for 300 from a reliable, HONEST, plumber. Notice the owner replied to a yelp review "we've been in business 21 years" You mean you been overcharging and ripping people off 21 years rork. Notice too that they are not a BBB member..Why? Cuz of the shoody work and scalping customers. Read the other similar reviews on Google reviews, YP and seach others. One thing is common...RIP OFF SCALPER. You have been warned...don't be the next rork victim!

        Rork has cared for the home we live in for several years, including at the start of the COVID pandemic. Unfortunately, since then, their team (which has been reduced to Keith and Rob) has decided, regarding what Keith refers to as "the so-called pandemic" (now in its delta variant surge) that mask wearing is "not healthy," and refuses to mask in customers' homes. They also assert with minimal promoting that they refuse to be vaccinated. Upon entering our home and being offered a mask, Keith was quick to deliver his message. We are sorry to have to part ways with Rork, but feel it is important for people to understand that they are unwilling to respect customers' minimal, reasonable requests for safe public health practices, and frankly more interested in having an unscientific political debate than in fixing your shower.

        The owner, Keith, answered my call and set up an appointment for me. Keith called back on the day of the appointment to tell me that the technician would be there in 15 minutes, which was the time I scheduled. The technician was prompt, professional and courteous. The techs wear protective shoe coverings every time they enter your home, which I appreciated. The cost was told to me up front, and the work was quality! I highly recommend Rork!
