Administration has terrible people skills, and they also don't make sure that ADLs are done one the daily from my experience of visiting a relative

Horrific conditions!! I would feel sorry for a cockroach that lived there. It is so gross that your shoes stick to the floor. Staff are rude. If I could give it a minus 5 stars I would .

I honestly believe this place is under New Management.... My godmother have been here for over 3 months... Previously she was at two nursing homes in Ann Arbor..... And in University of Michigan hospital.... She looked haggardly after being at the hospital for a few weeks.... But only a few days after staying at this place... She started looking better.... Having more color to her skin.... Looking well cared for... I visit her often .. and she always looks clean and neat.... Her hair is braided differently sometimes... It's clear that people there are genuinely caring.... The place is smaller.... And I think that yields some benefits.... There are probably pros and cons... But I think for most people the pros outweigh the cons here... It's very difficult to taking care of elderly folks with different special needs.... I'm appreciative of the staff for clearly taking good care of my loved one
