This place is AWESOME! I came here for the first time today.  I had the pleasure of dealing with Brian.  His customer service was second to none! Brian advised me on my selection of plants and trees and his knowledge made me comfortable with all of my selections.  I highly recommend this place!

I would rate this establishment as a zero but the minimum is 1. Very poor customer service and negative attitude. Basically, a bunch of grumpy old men. I brought a customer service related  concern to the management  there, I was told that it's a "two way street" and that I needn't bother coming back. I've never seen a business afford the luxury of driving customers away. Also noticed that the positive reviews are from existing employees who work there. Beware and be prepared for a bad experience

First, let me say that I am very picky about my yard. I am an Advanced Master Gardener and a Consulting Rosarian for the Detroit Rose Society. My yard is important to me!! I had to get my 21 year old, rotting deck removed from behind my house, and we decided the best way to go at our age (due to heavy maintenance requirements of decks) was to replace the deck with brick... read more pavers. I got four estimates from local companies. Unbelieveably, the difference between the highest and lowest of the four was 45%. Eesh. I picked Artman's in the end for many reasons. Artman's did a fabulous job. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I have been on the Canton Garden walk in the past (about 4 years ago) and hosted the Detroit Rose Society potluck and garden walk last year (2011). I will be proud to display my new brick patio when I am on a garden walk in the future. The entire process from start to finish was done with respect and integrity. I have literally thousands of plantings in my yard, including 250 rose bushes. My plants came through the process fine -- even though there were a lot of plants in the immediate work area. No surprises. I highly recommend Artman's.
