My husband found our car online and Mark helped push everything into motion, I lived in Las Vegas for 20 years and bought 7 cars in Vegas. I was used to a painful car buying process. Mark had everything done in a smooth manner. I brought my own financing and he asked for me to give his finance guy Charlie a chance. I didn't think they could beat USAA but they did and I got "Excellent" credit rates with just "Good" credit standards. Believe me, I shopped. They took care of insurance. They took care of registration which is a BIG deal during the covid nightmare and the Secretary of State being booked months out. We got a beautiful, well maintained used car and look forward to doing business with Prince Motors on a regular basis now that we live in Michigan. You can't just say this every day.

Mark and his finance guy Charlie made my vehicle purchase so fun and smooth. I found a vehicle online at their dealership and called at 8 am on a wednesday (before opening hours) to leave a message to inquire about the vehicle. Mark answered and was able to get me the answers I needed. By 1:30 pm that same day everything was in order and at 3:30 pm I was in Mark's office finalizing the purchase. What I appreciated the most about working with the guys at Prince Motors was their communication and their effort to make things easy for me. They ALWAYS called me back when they said they were going to, and they ALWAYS kept me informed. Everyone I spoke to and came into contact with were friendly, respectful, and very professional. I gave them the information they needed, and they made the process so easy and fast. I drove an hour and a half to get to them and I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.
