As soon as my home warranty company contacted ACH&C, their response was immediate. Andrei was here the following morning and before noon he diagnosed ,secured the part and had the furnace running. We 100% recommend this business and are so happy with the results. They replaced our propane furnace through our home warranty company (American Home Shield) so I can’t speak to the cost, but the service was beyond fantastic. Megan was extremely friendly and attentive on the phone. Both her and Andre made sure we got our new furnace in a very timely manner so we were not without heat for an extended time with a newborn. Megan made sure get this done quickly with our warranty company and also went above and beyond with her communication to me. We had a small issue after installation because we asked them to install knowing we’d need a new air conditioner in a year and they came back and fixed it very quickly. To top it all off, when Andre was here for the installation and it was getting late (6pm) and he was trying to finish the job to get home he was very kind and answered every single one of our toddlers crazy questions.
