One of the dentists here likes to pull teeth so badly he'll do it even if you are badly infected, novocaine doesn't work when you have an infection so you feel every bit of it. Send you home after all this with some ibuprofen for the pain. After a week of non stop pain and 2 more visits later, gave some tramadol which has no effect on this kind of pain. Let them know you are still in pain then they refer you to oral specialist bcuz he didn't get the whole root or nerve out. Washing his hands of the situation. The people seemed so nice but the dentist has caused a new phobia. Just absolutely disgusting service from the dentist. Folks, never let a dentist TRY to pull your tooth if it is infected. The dentist should already know this but apparently don't so please hear this psa.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Ive been going to Robinson dental for well of 20 years. People have often asked why, since they are money hungry. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt until this week when they clearly tried to take advantage and manipulate my daughter. She went in for a replacement retainer that should be covered up to one replacement. Shes never had a replacement before. They proceed to tell her it will cost her $300 and they need the payment upfront. She contacted me to find out what to do and I tell her I will call them and straighten it out. I call 4 times before Im finally connected with a tech named Erin. I was sent to voicemail 3 times prior. When she hadnt spoke to me yet, she told me daughter I must not be calling and she is 18 and can make her own decisions. Mind you, shes only 1 week of being age 18 and I still pay her bills as shes still in school. I speak with Erin and she tells me its never been policy to get a replacement and if it was, it was only through the retainer company, and they or only covered for 1 year. I tell her not to treat my daughter and she then proceeds to tell me she will go over treatment plans with my daughter and since shes 18 she can make her own choice. She returns to my daughter and tells her three more times that she is of age and does not have to go with what I said. My daughter tells her she will not be treated and she gets an eyeroll from Erin. We will not be returning to Robinson dental and will never refer anyone ever.

The funniest time on a day I was dreading. Such friendly staff in all areas and helps when u get a great dentist with a sense of humor!

I contacted them via facebook message about 6 a.m. for an emergency. They responded back with a 1:30 Appointment time. Out in under 2 hours after a full extraction and home by 4. Because it was an emergency I was expecting a rather large bill, very pleasantly surprised at the total...... I highly recommend!!!
