Koda and Darrel were excellent. They were incredibly friendly upon arrival, wiped their shoes and got right to business. They explained the various possible causes of the issue with my heat and provided cheap solutions. They even educated me on how to resolve the issue should it happen again. 10/10 service

I had them put in my furnace in 2020 and I just had them put in my air conditioner in 2022. Fantastic service, Great value, on time, and very professional. If I had any more heating and cooling things in my house I would definitely use them again. Service: Installation

Darrel and Koda came out to look at my AC as it was short cycling. It was an old unit from 2004 and was leaking. Darrel explained my options to replace the unit as repairing would be too expensive since my freon is no longer made. Koda came out and replaced my AC. It took too long to cool down my house so Darrel and Koda looked at my old unit further. Turns out that the tag was difficult to read and I needed a larger unit. Koda came back out two days later and replaced with a larger unit. My house now cools down quickly as expected. I did not have to pay much more for the larger unit and did not have to pay anything for the labor for the second install. Koda was professional and friendly. I appreciate Darrel and the owner accommodating and replacing with a larger unit. Service: Install AC
