The UPS Store

I used this store to ship a Birthday gift to my sister, but due to hurricane Ida it was returned. The owner of the store worked with me to make sure she did get her Birthday gift.

By far the worst shipping service. Very dishonest customer service. They tell you an estimated time of package arrival and then supposedly lose package. Looks like they never shipped it out but when I called all of the sudden a label was made in store and shipped out. Very unorganized and dishonest customer communication. Beware of ever shipping something time sensitive or important.

Not trust worthy, they give you a list for shipping quotes each day of the week then once you track your package will find out not Delivered then you call them they tell you shipping not Guarantee!!!!??? Then why you charge people for the amount then they don’t get service on that day ??? Made me pay for Saturday shipping and my item got arrived on Wednesday?? And they absolutely did nothing about it .. I would never do business with people don’t even like to tell their names when you asked them too. Don’t trust people who don’t take care of their customers and don’t give you correct information.

Outstanding store. They do not only mail things, they offer help with technology. The people behind the desk, can show you how to do anything you need to send, download, or anything else technical with a smile. This has been extremely helpful to me in these covid times. They do not charge extra for there help, but do charge if you use a service. This makes there advice and help free, no other place would do this. They are always kind, pleasant, and helpful. They respect your privacy and never get into your business--when performing office tasks. They will call you , when you fax with them to pick up the fax. . It is like having a office staff along with an IT department, for just the cost of a page copy or fax!!! And, you pay no benefit. This is a wonderful store, that has save me much time and money. Use them as your office staff for your small business, you will love the price and results.
