1922 Denver Bungalow Leo and his team transformed my basement into a beautiful living space, large office and laundry room. Additionally, the new flooring in the kitchen and on the stairs was top notch. Leo has high standards and expects his team to meet them. Overall, Leo a trustworthy and skilled contractor.

Leo and his team did a fantastic job, at the best price [we got a LOT of quotes - some were 4x as much!] Leo was very practical in not going overboard and spending a lot of extra money for "perfection", but doing what needed to be done to get our neglected house repainted and in solid shape. He was very responsive when I had questions/concerns and addressed them immediately. His team even plugged up a hole in our eaves for us and power-washed our glass atrium at no extra charge. We will definitely recommend them to anyone needing professional painters.
