I wish I could give them a 5 star review but was let down big time.
I dropped my trailer off to get the floor repaired. Talked to Dale and was told that he could do it but it would be a few weeks because he had a big project to finish. I was fine with that since in the landscape business, besides grass cutting, things slow down for a few weeks so I would not be needing my trailer so I left it there behind the building for over two months where it sat.
Had a few phone calls from him. Was told he would start working on trailer towards the end of June.
Waited about two weeks, called, and he said he cleaned it up and was ordering parts that it needed and he will be calling in a couple days with final price. He never did call. Had to text him days later asking if he knew and called a couple times for the last two weeks and he never returned a call or text.
I went there this morning and my trailer was still in the back in the EXACT same condition I left it (still had a little black mulch from the job I did before Memorial day weekend) when I dropped it off the first week of June. Not fast or reliable at all and he knows I have a landscaping business and need it done before I really need it.
Horrible customer service to have someone waiting that long without a major component to their business. Would have been fine if he would have told me he did not or could not handle it anytime last month or the month before.

Classic welding is great and I highly recommend them for any welding job you have. The work is high quality, fast, and for a fair price.
