I would give you no stars if I could.... I will NEVER be buying another ‪#‎Matco‬ product again. Long story short, I purchased a 1/4 battery ratchet from them, and have sense had to have it serviced once already. About 2 months ago it had broke again and I sent it in again get repaired. They refused to fix it and deemed it "Unrepairable" so they instead sent a credit not to me, but to the distributor who has since went out of business with them. What do I get out of this? Well I had to go through a string of steps to get a hold of the general manager for the distributors in my area and finally what does he do? He sends me the completely wrong tool as a "Replacement" for an over 200$ tool. What is his way of solving this problem? Telling me to just sell the tool to someone in the shop I work at. Why in the hell would I do that!? I bought a battery operated ratchet because I needed to have a battery operated ratchet.. This is a sad attempt to fix a simple issue. I have since had to purchase a ‪#‎Snapon‬ battery operated ratchet that is a little bit more money, but the distributor had it expressed shipped to me at my work and I am more than happy with how it operates and performs. If you are looking to purchase any type of tools for anything, I strongly discourage you from buying ‪#‎Matcotools‬ the tools suck, and the customer service is even worse.
