My experience with Genius Solutions is stellar. I prefer to get support from AnneMarie. She is knowledgeable, helpful and has the best people skills of anyone I have interacted with. AnneMarie is so positive and upbeat, it makes me feel like I could do anything. Complicated issues become easy with her help.

I have used E-Thomas for 18 years. If you want person service this is the company for you. April our account representative is amazing. Tom in support has helped me out of so many staff created fires and Kim from EHR is a hand holder.

Very outdated software. There is no way for the medical assistants/receptionist to message internally. You can not have doctors sign off on documentation in the software. Everything must be printed, then signed and then scanned into system. Compared to other EHR this software is stuck in the ear 2000's. It has A LOT to be desired.
