        Had to go get my mom a 4 wheel walker. Had to wait on insurance and the Dr. office but Action Medical was very helpful and informative! Just picked up her new walker, she will be happy she finally got it.

        UNPROFESSIONAL & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Insurance has them listed as providers of durable medical equipment but when I called, they decided the insurance company don't pay them enough. So they refused to fill the order.
