    Quite extraordinary how TERRIBLE the customer service is. Unfortunately, the only people who suffer are the patients. It would be ironic if someone treated them or their family members the way they treat their customers. I’m a case manager for a very large health insurance company. I’ll be sure to spread the word to everyone else in the company. They deserve a -1000 stars.

    This company is terrible! Do not use them for any medical equipment, repair or anything else. I have left 6 messages and sent 3 faxes over two weeks without ANY response from them. The answering service has confirmed that every message along with my faxes were received. My 92 year old father has no breaks on his wheelchair and one of the arm rests fell off. They have never responded once! If you want faulty equipment and horrible customer service, give them a call!

    Called nine times over three days regarding a wheelchair for my father. No one returned my calls. Cancelled service via answering service and will go elsewhere.

    I came across them through a facility and wheel chair rental back in 2017. I found out they were in transition to a new location and this location being a "warehouse" only. Mail had been returned and the transition team was very accommodating in waiving late fees for the mix up. I had to replace an accessory and called them a few weeks ago. Not only were they helpful, they told me exactly what they needed to fulfill the orders. I had talked to Meagan (sp), and Valerie (my bad, if it may be Veronica). There was never a delay in answering the phone when I have called. I never had to leave a message. The updated calls to me were informative and prompt. I would highly recommend this place. I really understand the transitions that take place in Businesses, I am grateful that the move was complete and that they are servicing their customers well.
