Hired them for the winter to plow. They stopped mid winter because their truck broke down. They didn't offer any refund. I asked if they'd make good on the money by helping me this spring and they haven't. They will take your money and not do the work performed. Look at all the reviews that are bad about Rich.

We were desprite for service when our prior provider was injured, Richard promptly excepted to provide our snow removal on the same day. However he required in advance payment for the season and collected on arrival, cash or check which was cashed not to his business, but his wife. The first service was great and through, but afterwards was not within 24hrs, after 2 following services, he did not show, when reached he said, Due to the school day he would not be working. It's been 4 days since and he has not returned my calls or texts. His duty to honor does not reflect in his expressed spirituality that I now believe is a smoke screen. At the very least I was due another several service visits that was prepaid, also I asked for a invoice or a service contract and never received anything on paper except for his wife's signature on my cancelled check. Now he has posted his snow service is bankrupt, but is taking clients for lawn service. If you couldn't provide snow service Richard, maybe you could have answered our calls since your home doing nothing. And at the very least offer to compensate the money you took to provide a few lawn service visits. You are very shady and a poor business man, but to display some sort of false spiritual pretense is a mockery. You could have returned my calls and how about returning my money
