        I had allowed myself 40 minutes to go from 21 and Shelby to here. I arrived as they locked the door. The owner's daughter opened the door found the one set screw that I needed and did not even charge me for it. I have been using them for 30-40 years. I am not here frequently as I was in the past but they continue to be helpful.

        After a frustrating morning looking for a tiny little but crucial replacement Allen head screw and going to a few hardware stores with no luck, someone recommended Metrics Unlimited. Not only did they have what I needed, they gave me a couple spares along with the Allen wrench and didn’t even charge me. I only wish got the name of the friendly lady that helped me. It may have not been a big deal to her, but it totally made my day!
