        I wanted to test the toilets so I dropped a deuce and they acted like they was upset with me that's just not right yes I'll go somewhere else to buy a toilet

        Super disappointed with this Menards. I spoke to multiple people and they are all so rude. The delivery department hung up on me 3 times and the kept cutting me off when trying to speak. Very bad customer service. I highly recommend going to a different location or a different store in general.

        Person in paint department gave me wrong information and wrong paint. Could not get refund. Painters arent cheap, have to pay again because of a Menards employee not knowing their job. Regular customer, not anymore.
