I have edited this review because the store manager Jim made sure our recent bad situation was fixed. He is dedicated to making things better for his customers. if you ever have any problems, post them on their facebook page and the store manager along with customer service will e-mail you to fix your problem. I was impressed with the way our situation was handled and even received an incentive to return to the store. My wife, daughter and I returned to their sterling heights store today and was impressed with how everything was handled. I spoke with the assistant manager Shawn and their best sales associate and walke out with a new living room set and a new kitchen set at a price we could afford. Much better experience this time. Thank you!

The sofa I bought from value city started sagging within 6 months of use. The love seat is ok regarding structure, but I've owned the set for a year and the seat and all the couch cushions are flat, half the size they were in the showroom. And we are not large people either, I weigh 147 and my wife weighs 105lbs. They sent out a repair guy that did speak english but with a heavy accent, and he basically slammed the sales team, saying they knew they were selling me junk, but they don't care and he couldn't repair the sofa because that is the way it is made. So now its depressing everytime we sit on the couch we all fall to the middle.
