Never buy carpet from this company they do not stand behind their product, not having the carpet a year we noticed little pieces of carpet sticking up so we called the rep came out took all kinds of pictures and said it would be a few weeks, did not hear back from them after a month so I called and was told because I did not get my carpets cleaned they could not do anything about it, so looks like Im going to have my carpet replaced and I will never recommend this company to anyone

I dont know about the work they do but the highering process is terrible do not apply here. They will sell you a dream . For three weeks I was strung along after they contacted me first. I had to constantly contact the hr lady Kim brown for updates . Brought in for three interviews basically told by the shipping and receiving manager that I had the job . He even told me a time slot I would be working just to leave and get an email saying they are moving forward with someone else.
