big line at returns and no one in sight asked if im able to return it regular check out all they did is point at returns even when i said there is no one in sight over there bad customer service and bad atitude

Literally the worst customer experience every single time I'm there. I live in the neighborhood, so I go here often. They never have self checkout open and tonight they had 2 registers open with a line of 15 deep in each. Gone are the days where they get 3 people in the line and they call for back up. When I only have 2 items, it sucks to wait 20 minutes to check out. Open more lanes!!!!!!!!
