Tilley construction is by far the best construction company I have worked with. Brian and his crew were on budget, on time and the work was completed with skill and precision. I will be using his company for all commercial and residential needs moving forward! Thank you Brian and crew!

This company did an amazing job on the multiple room renovations that were desperately needed to our home. I am so happy! Everything from the major construction to the fine detail was done on schedule with preciseness. It was absolutely worry-free! I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with Brian Tilley. In writing, he said he would give us a new sewer line. Verbally, he confirmed that he would do this. After he did the work and we moved in our basement backed up with sewage twice. Only after the second time this happened, did Brian tell us that he did not in fact put in a new sewer line. He did not go all the way to the city as we had paid him to do. Not only did he not apologize, but he refused to pay any of the damages. He also charged us three times the price he originally quoted us for our home remodeling. We found out later that this is a common tactic that contractors use. Bid low and hike the price as you go along. We didn't change anything from our original drawings yet he kept coming back for more money without explaining where the money went or was going. Only after we got a lawyer involved, did his threats and extortion stop. We initially trusted him because he has a friendly, nice personality, but little did we know underneath this he was a highly unethical person. Not recommended.

I hired Tilley Construction for work on several areas of our home---siding, deck, and gutters---in late summer, and I am so glad that I did. Brian and his crew are consummate professionals: friendly, courteous, efficient, thorough, and clean. They paid attention to details and really treated the project as if the work was being done on their own homes. Brian was fantastic throughout every phase of the process. He came in with a fast, and more than fair, pricing estimate (and stuck to it to the penny); he was always willing and available to answer any questions; and his expert advice on what to do and not to do was invaluable. I really appreciated his willingness to share his knowledge and opinions. His two-man crew put in an honest, full day's work every day and really knew what they were doing. Several neighbors have complimented the work and how everything turned out. These are my "go to" guys from now on when it comes to home repairs. No reservation about giving them a perfect "five-star" rating.
