        Please let belle tire do tires and the over charge for tires on a loaner is Ridiculous..I pray that my Lord and Savior will give my friend fair service at this dealership..taking advantage of women is the past. $55, 000 cadillac in the shop 50 % of the time and the dealership clown over a nail in a tire of a loaner, in which I also purchased tire protection fron this dealership another $5,000 , insurance covers all,an American made brand cadillac, supporting American, supposedly, thy best American made car.. always in the shop, my notes on time . Paying for a cadillac I can't enjoy ..bad business! Treated Brandee Buckley very disrespectful. A single business owner, mother of a 8yr old son..what a way to ruin my day!.

        Here for an oil change / tire rotation. Had available appointments the next day. Not crowded. Nice waiting room with coffee and snacks, had a nice spot to work from for a little bit.

        They do not honor appointment times. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that there would be a 2.5 hour wait, at least, before they could begin the work. The advisor spoke to me like he was annoyed that I had made an appointment.

        Charged $167 for a cheap press on north face jacket, as you can tell the letters peeled off. Crazy you preach high quality vehicles and brands when your quality is horrible!
