What I ordered:
*House pho (has beef, tripe, tendon, meatball, SQUID, shrimp)
*Beef pho (has beef, tripe, tendon, meatball)
*Spring Rolls (some know this as summer rolls. Had pork and shrimp in it)
PROS:
+ quality of meat and veggies. Better than other pho places that give you brownish bean sprouts and cilantro
+ meat portions
+ broth was really clean, unlike other pho places that are brown/salty and oily- leaving you feel sluggish afterward
+ service. Super friendly and fast.
CONS:
- price. Definitely is more expensive than the other pho places by $2-$3. But worth it IMO
- menu. Has no description of the ingredients inside. If I knew there was pork in my spring roll I wouldve requested to get it without
