        Since it was an easy fix, the rep advised me over the phone without charge. Awesome! Will definitely contact them again if I have a real problem with the unit.

        Jay came out so quickly and helped me with my ac unit which had stopped working. I had a chipmunk inside my air conditioner outside which shorted my capacitor out! He said it was the first time he had seen a chipmunk make it in there lol. I'm so grateful for his quick response and knowledge to diagnose the issue quickly.

        Owner responded quickly at first, a week went by before I had to reach him and still didn't have estimate ready, said he would call me back going on a week later and still no call back. I wouldn't hire this company.
