HORRIBLE!!! If you can survive without going there - PLEASE do not go! This place is a night mare! Any time I go anyone working there confirms it!!! Yesterday I wanted to get an 8 piece meal with the coupon and dove all the way to this location as it is only one in the area (and that's the reason they are so saucy). Pulled over to the drive through and told them I have a coupon. Someone told me to pull over as they need to look at the coupon and when I did - they told me NO COUPON WILL BE GRANTED as it was not printed on paper and they do not accept those from the phone!!! What age is this from? Last time I was here they simply gave me someone else's order (100% different from mine) and I discovered it when I came home...So I had to drive all the way back to get it replaced with the meanest look on their face... JUST SKIP THIS PLACE if you are not as rude as the workers here!!!!!!

**PLEASE READ! **5 stars from 2 anonymous users 2 years ago are skewing the rating of this place!! I've already contacted KFC corporate about this establishment. This is absolutely the worst KFC I have ever been to!!!! It's unfortunate that it's serving my local community but it's worth the drive to the only OTHER one to AVOID this restaurant. Of the 5 times in the past year, 3 times I've arrived at a reasonable hour (6:45-7pm and one time at 9pm). The dining room doors were locked and I was forced to use the drive through. The service was extremely RUDE and has been each time. I was given 5 wings and 2 drumsticks in a 9 piece meal one time, then ordered a 12 piece another time and only got 9 small pieces. A 3rd time the sides were wrong and the biscuits were hard as a rock. The final straw was when I went there 2 weeks ago, I was the only one in line in the dining room (that was actually not locked this time!!). The one guy doing all the work was tending to the drive through as well and apologized for the wait and said he'd be right there to take my order. Okay, no problem, I could see he was busy and give my experience here, surprised he was so customer service oriented. Then a lady who acted like she was completely forced to do any work, wandered to the register, looked at me, looked at the other patrons who had now walked in and were waiting. After getting a blank stare from her I asked "Can I order now?" No reply, but she was standing at the register, so I placed my order and she took it. Still no comment from her as she rang up the meal and then proceeded to put it together. I asked her if she could leave out all the wings she was putting in the bucket and she snapped back to me that it has to be a mixture. No apologies, no offer to charge more... which I thought you could do and pay extra? Maybe I was wrong, but geez, bite my head off why don't you, right? So, my order is ready to go and the lady gave me the most pathetic "have a nice day" I'd ever heard. As I was leaving, the other patrons ready to place their order were told sharply "We're out of biscuits" in the same bit**y tone that I had been receiving. Needless to say, they walked out of there in pure disgust. I will never go back there. I hope the place closes down because it IS dirty, the workers are RUDE, the chicken is DRIED OUT, and good luck getting what you ordered. Don't waste your money here!!
