One of the owners took the time to meet me in person and explain all of the insurance details to me. He was able to double our home coverage for only $20 more per month, and double our auto coverage for less than what we were currently paying. I was very impressed with his knowledge and he was a super nice guy. All of his recommendations made sense to me, and I will probably be here for life.

I met with Arwen to discuss my current insurance policies and what she could do for me. After reviewing all of my policies she informed me that I should stick with my current plan, from another company! This was due to the relationship between my home and auto. She informed me however, of several deficiencies in the coverage and advised me to contact them to up coverage in those areas. Perhaps at a later date we could revisit everything again to see if something changed. This is complete unabashed honesty I haven't seen in a LONG time from any institution, public or private. In a world full of marketing ploys and gimmicks, this incredibly positive experience took me off guard. I would equate it to finding an honest mechanic. Once you do, never let them go lol!

First of all I caught them in a lie right off the bat. Should of taken that as a sign to disconnect our insurance contract. I let it ride and within two months they had bumped our agreement up an extra $300 per month written in the paperwork. This small company acts like a big corporation that knows how to deceive and gouge legally. I worked for a big company like that and that was the reason I quit. A company like this is preying on our elders and others that don't pay attention to every detail in the paperwork. I would advise to not even give them a chance. Warn others and be careful of the other insurance schemers! Their is more of them out there! These guys should not be listed as Dave Ramsey ELP's. I'm guessing one person read his book and that's it. They do not follow Dave Ramsey's Awesome standards guaranteed. I will contact Dave Ramsey's team also and get them off their ELP list as soon as possible. Good Luck on your search!
