        I wouldn’t go to any other phone store they are amazing

        Metro is about to cause me to leave their service: surcharge if one pays "in person" is nothing more than a rip off. Paid bill, then 3/4 days later, find my phone turned off with a recording saying - non payment. Are they going to adjust my bill for their mistake & my inconvenience- Me Thinks Not.
