        large house, multiple decks run down, gaps between concrete and wood, some broken posts, carpets everywhere, in ok shape, odd shaped funiture, lake tasting well water with filters & water softener, old hot tub in old garage, loud air conditioner but works well. exterior door jambs in poor shape. but had a great time on a nice lake. wood siding on h ouse very weathered looking. only 1 working smoke detector found in entire complex of 3 levels. old fire extinguishers too.
