Pediatric Urgent Care

Id give 0 stars if I could. I called Saturday morning to make an appointment for my son. I was given an appointment time of 2:15 and arrived in the parking lot at 2 and called to check in. During the time we sat in the parking lot waiting my son became inconsolable. I called at 2:45 to inquire what was the hold-up as there were only a handful of cars in the parking lot and was told that "other patient's took longer than expected". Now that is not something you want to hear when you have a screaming/writhing child in your arms. Why make an appointment if you cant be seen on time? I left and went to the children's hospital across the street and was seen before the urgent care even called to say my son could be seen. Would definitely not recommend.

We had a GREAT telehealth experience. We were able to schedule and speak to a doctor within half an hour of deciding our son needed to be seen, and we were able to send photos in advance of our visit. Would recommend and will use again any time we need a pediatric urgent care facility.
