Server was great. Food is pretty good but expensive

Waited almost 20 minutes until we were greeted by our server: JAYLYN Y Hostess came over and took our drink order after waiting 15 minutes for any hello or acknowledgement. She apologized for the lapse was very sweet and friendly. Hands down the highlight of the experience. Server finally came and we were met with an attitude and no apology or sincere interest Appetizers came out before drinks Busboy apron was disgusting and he served us straws from it Finally ordered and her response was along the lines of wow anything else?.. Food came out first and was delightful! However we were never asked if his steak was cooked correctly or how our food was or anything We waited 20 minutes with empty water and for the drink that was ordered with dinner during social hour. Finally received drink which was sopping wet clearly the glass had just been washed and she didnt care to polish let alone wipe dry. She didnt box our food. We asked if anything was offered for birthdays, her response was no sorry- anything else? And the check. Never a manager in sight- hands down one of the worst experiences Ive had with consideration of my own 15+ years restaurant management experience.
