Called for service on a scale,they came out picked up the scale, brought it back two days later still broken saying it needed a new CPU for $600.00.i was charged $300.00 for a broken scale they could not fix, called the manufacture there was a reset switch on it.I was told they took it all apart and went through everything and told me the CPU was bad and needed to be replaced.they didn't take anything apart they are crooks telling me the CPU was bad when it clearly was not bad!

I customers and employees witnessed Statewide Food Equipment employee from Troy Michigan have a confrontation and then instigate with a customer of a restaurant in Detroit Michigan. After the customer sat himself down and began to eat his meal the technician went out to the customers truck and keyed the side of it.. Everyone witnessed this through the windows of the restaurant. The technician and his partner then drove off. Customer went immediately out to his truck and called the company. In the restaurant he sent photos over of his truck and explained to us that he wanted nothing monetary from the company or the restaurant. When he was called back they began a run around about him providing video of there technician. This is a bad representation of statewide. The technician are already rude but to see they damage customers property...... so many other companies out there.......
