Wish this local pen store had more variety and staff that was more helpful.

Probably the worst customer service experience I've had in years. The staff there are beyond rude. I was just appalled at how I was treated after dealing with them on a warranty repair that, through their own ineptitude, took months. If they would have had any empathy for my situation, or apologized for me having to return a pen twice for the same defect, I wouldn't have minded. Instead I was greeted with curt answers, rudeness and not even an attempt at taking care of their customers. Needless to say, I don't plan on going back again.

Staff was not very knowledgeable but pleasant to work with. I asked some basic information about ink and pen quality and got an apology but no answer. Selection was not horrible but left a lot to be desired. They did offer to order anything they did not have in stock. I have no problem shopping here often for my pen needs but I plan on knowing exactly what I want before going in.

Always great service. Not each employee has equal knowledge of all products, but all are willing to help. This store is my happy place.

The Selection is excellent, but there are some service staff who are simply rude and short with the customers. There are some good ones though.
