Heartland/ Payroll 1

Our business has been loyal to Heartland and stayed with them for years despite daily attempts by other processors to take our business from them. That being said Heartland continued to debit our account fees even though our business had been closed due to the Pandemic for over 5 months. With our ongoing working relationship we requested credit or a refund for the fees that we feel were very unfairly taken, and were provided with $0. All of these processors will do anything to get your business, but retaining your business is sadly worth $0 to them. I will not recommend Heartland and will go out of my way in the future to refer credit card processors that care about their clients.

In the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic, Kyler Kobe from Heartland Payroll has provided the most amazing, patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate help. He has helped me understand accounting lingo as it relates to filling out the Payroll Protection Program loan applications. The information I have received from Kyler and the patience he has exuded when encountering my learning curve will probably make the difference of thousands of dollars directed to my business in this uncertain time. Even more, Kyler has given me peace of mind. Kyler is definitely the kind of guy you want in your corner.
