Our experience with Sun Medical was Great. The nursing home that our father went to submitted a request for a Sun Medical Bed & Wheelchair without submitting the request to Medicare, thus we were being charged monthly fees on our credit card. The Sun Medical Sales/Service rep Robert Leask was spectacularly helpful. Rob created the submission to Medicare on our behalf. We Later moved our father to a 2nd nursing home that already had an electric bed. Rob Leask was again very helpful by coordinating a pickup of the original bed during the Medicare approval process. Throughout our 2 month interaction, Rob's communication & updates were excellent. He provided same-day replies to my Emails & ALWAYS answers his phone. Rob Leask is the BEST sales/service rep that I have dealt with from any company, Sun Medical is lucky to have him.
