BEWARE! These people are crooks, paid $1,500 for my units to still not work properly. Then when I call them back, want to charge another $300 to tell me what they didn't do when the came the first time. Then another $1,200 quote to fix what should have been caught on the first trip. Unit never worked properly, technician never re-inspected unit to see if it was cooling properly. They just look for ways to extort. Would recommend looking elsewhere. Update 9/8 after response from owner: Initial bill was $1,480.47 which rounds to $1,500. If you need proof I have it. Owner states "not unusual for roof tops of this age," but they are 5 years old. Owner mentions a few weeks after an new problem persisted, when the day after service the unit still was not performing properly. They mention waiving a $360 diagnostic fee which is basically telling me what the technician failed to do on the initial trip. Was probably rushing for his vacation. Furthermore, they mention a $125 discount on an estimate to total $1,075 to finish the work after their supervisor Jim said labor would be removed. Anyone would be hesitant to spend more money with this company. Who knows what will pop up next. Service: AC repair
