        I was put on hold for over an hour and tried to call back no answer thank you for wasting my time. Finally they answer told them I’ve been waiting for over an hour. That told me I lost my spot and that people have been waiting for 10-15 mins this place is a joke

        Service is a joke. You walk in and can immediately tell everyone there is over worked and under paid. “Urgent” is a fitting title because you should only go there in extreme emergencies.
