I've gone to this cleaners for 4 years now and have nothing but good things to say starting with quality. All items from cashmeres, jackets, button ups, pants, jeans, etc. are processed to a perfection. It's consistent and reliable. Standards are held high. Also, ownership and service are great and they're one of those businesses I'll continue to drive out of my way for and I'll continue to support

Worst experience and rudest owner Ive ever encountered. DO NOT COME HERE! SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR CLOTHING! The owner lost the fur hood of my boyfriends expensive winter parka and pinned on someone elses hood to his jacket. We noticed when we got home, so we went back hoping our hood would be there and we could swap it for the random one he gave us, however, this was not the case. Not only was OUR hood not there, but the owner took zero accountability for losing it he said that he does not remove hoods from jackets while cleaning them... Really? Thats odd, considering we had a random hood pinned to the wrong jacket and our hood is nowhere to be found. The hood he gave us wasnt even the same color as the jacket, yet he said it was not his fault and he didnt lose our hood. PATHETIC! TERRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER!!! As a customer, Ive never felt so betrayed or disrespected. Absolutely terrible experience. DO NOT COME HERE! You will NOT leave with the same items you came in with. Trust me.
