        I purchased a Cherokee Trail Hawk 2020 with very low mileage from suburban which was supposed to be certified plus a warranty. Now I did test drove this vehicle but couldnt go to far due the gas being on empty this was a weekday they happened to close early. I drove it home and noticed as I would accelerate my backend would make thumb noises and propel or lunge forward as if it trying to catch up with the front tires. So I put it in shop they had it for 5 days and reset the vehicle which Im assuming they took the battery out of it and back in again because I did have to wait for all of the apps and systems to come back on line again. Now I am saying all of that to say this Im still having the same issues with what I originally put it into the shop for but now as its gotten cold weather I am having to get jumps to start my vehicle and missing days of work because of it! This vehicle is also going into EMERGENCY BREAK MODE by itself POPPING ON AT RANDOM TIME!! Ive had this Vehicle for 3 months but ITS A CERTIFIED VEHICLE!! How??? $$$ BATTERY. This is NOT A CERTIFIED VEHICLE NOT AT ALL!

        Joe C , my service advisor handling my repair was very friendly and informative as well as all the advisers Ive worked with , my wife and have been customers at Suburban Jeep for several years, the time in the shop was reasonable, when I went to pick it up my car the checkout was fast and car came back freshly washed
